Berikut adalah tata cara untuk mendaftar menjadi host di aplikasi livestreaming, mango live,,,, dengan kami MG sebagai agency terbesar.

MG Standard Operational Procedure

HOST CANDIDATES

Make sure you use a real and original photo at photo profile on your mango account.

Include 1 closeup photo and 1 full body photo.

Include 1 introductory video (30 seconds minimum duration)

3. All MG hosts are required to put “MG❤'' before Mango’s nickname. Example: “MG❤Ladystea” 

4. New hosts must broadcast for at least 1 hour

5. New hosts must be in the “MG host” whatsapp group.

MANGOLIVE SYSTEM

1. Basic Salary 

The Host must broadcast 22 days and 88 hours each month. There is no guaranteed commission sharing policy for hosts, but we only ensure that hosts have a minimum monthly income.

• Minimum Income Guarantee: Mango Live promises will provide a minimum income guarantee to its hosts achieve the minimum target given according to the table in on.

• Guarantee ≠ base salary. Mango Live does not pay any additional fees to the host such as: commissions, advertising costs, and others. All income is related to their income during live broadcast. Example :

• If the host's total monthly income Rp 1.500.000,- meanwhile Mango minimum income guarantee is Rp 3.000.000,-  Mango Live will provide a subsidy to the host of Rp 1.500.000,- Then the minimum income guarantee is Rp 1.500.000,- fulfilled.

• If the host's total monthly income is Rp 5.000.000,- meanwhile Mango minimum income guarantee is Rp 3.000.000,- Mango Live does not provide subsidies (Rp 0,-) and income total host is Rp 3.000.000,-

Host income = Diamond income x 40%

2. Commission Policy

1. There are no broadcast time rules for hosts. 

2. Commission is calculated per day but total is calculated at the end of each month.

3. Host can only choose one policy and may not change the policy freely.

4. All income calculations are calculated using Golden Beans. 1 Gold Beans = Rp 0.035

5. Diamond converted on the system. 1 Diamond = 88 Golden Beans

6. Hosts joining using basic salary policies can be changed to Commission policy in the following month based on their own income, but hosts who join the commission policy cannot change policy to basic salary policy.

• If the host's income is < Rp.650.000,- then the commission sharing is 40% 

• If the host's income is ≥ Rp.650.000,- then the commission sharing is 50%

• If the host's income is ≥ Rp.2.500.000,- then the commission sharing is 60%

• If the host's income is ≥ Rp.5.000.000,- then the commission sharing is 70%

The table above is an example of calculating total income from Mango (excluding deductions).

SALARY

1. Host’s salary will be 5% deducted from Mango final for foreign bank tax.

2. Host's salary will be 10% deducted from mango final income for agency commission.

3. Salary will be transferred directly to the host bank account.

4. Salary payments will be made a maximum of 24 hours after MG receives salary payments from Mango

5. Total mango income below Rp 100.000,00/month, can not be cashed.

6. Please be patient while waiting for the salary to come. Due to the number of MG hosts.

VIOLATION

1. MG has the right to deduct the host's income, if the host violates the rules / policies set by MG and Mangolive.

2. If the host who commits a crime and violates MG or mangolive policies and has received a second warning, MG has the right to dismiss the host without any benefits and the salary from the previous month is declared forfeited.

3. If it is found that the MG host has moved to another agency on Mango Live without MG's permission, MG will immediately dismiss the host from work.
